Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup/breakdown for 50-500+ attendee venues
- Manage guest registration, wayfinding, and VIP experiences with precision
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and venue teams for synchronized operations
- Proactively troubleshoot logistical challenges during live events
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures without disrupting guest experience
- Conduct post-event debriefs to identify optimization opportunities
- Maintain brand consistency through uniform presentation and service standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional event or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Colorado driver's license for venue transport needs
- Proficient with event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
