Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks per established recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized beverage recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista or customer service experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and bean varieties
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety protocols
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency
