Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and check-in processes at event entrances
- Execute venue setup including staging, signage, and equipment placementProvide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with security teams to ensure safety protocols
- Manage inventory and distribution of promotional materials
- Assist with emergency response and crowd control procedures
- Collaborate with vendors for seamless event execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
