Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Provide exceptional guest services and real-time problem resolution
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control during events
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Train and mentor part-time staff during peak seasons
- Collaborate with marketing team on brand activation strategies
- Maintain detailed event documentation and post-event reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event or hospitality experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
