Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and local activity bookings
- Handle multi-line phone systems and manage reservation inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare nightly reports and maintain guest preference databases
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or high-volume reception experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional multitasking and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Advanced knowledge of Plano area attractions and services
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
