Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously in residential and public areas
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic grooming services
- Maintain detailed client records and real-time GPS tracking updates
- Administer pet first aid and respond to emergencies calmly
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional communication
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments and play sessions
- Attend mandatory monthly training sessions on pet care best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in El Paso's climate
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with GPS capabilities
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
