Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with a focus on empathy and first-contact resolution.
- Accurately log customer interactions and account updates into our CRM (Salesforce) system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing issues.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively suggest improvements to internal processes.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every shift.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and solution-oriented demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, support, or client relations.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) and occasional weekends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are not required but are a plus.
