Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Customer Connection: Greet every guest warmly, take accurate orders, and provide exceptional service that keeps them coming back.
- Equipment Mastery: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently while maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Store Operations: Assist in stocking inventory, cleaning the workspace, and maintaining an inviting visual display of our products.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
