Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced brewing techniques
- Engage warmly with customers, taking personalized orders and building lasting relationships
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and rotating products for freshness
- Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal drinks and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, equipment, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
