Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through our POS system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation of coffee products
- Participate in ongoing training to master new brewing methods and menu items
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in high-volume settings
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
