Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, and cold brews, following exact recipes.
- Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and brewing equipment to ensure peak performance.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including the counter, seating, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies such as milk, syrups, cups, and pastries to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with light food preparation and cleaning duties as needed.
- Learn and explain our seasonal offerings and brewing techniques to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Familiarity with coffee terminology and brewing methods is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
