As a Barista, you will be the face of our brand, crafting the perfect cup for our customers every day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies, adhering to standard recipes.
- Operate commercial espresso machines and grinders safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the counter, seating area, and restrooms.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using the POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making product recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move stock.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
