Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and coffee education
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask in a busy setting
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Positive attitude with passion for hospitality and coffee culture
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our North High Street location
