Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via virtual scheduling platform
- Manage inventory ordering and stock rotation through our remote inventory system
- Develop and maintain digital customer engagement through our CRM
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal menu innovations and promotions
- Ensure cleanliness and operational standards are met during in-store shifts
- Train on remote scheduling tools and virtual customer protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience with latte art expertise
- Proficiency with digital scheduling and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team cohesion
- Valid California Food Handler's certification
- Reliable high-speed internet for remote work components
