Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks following company recipes and standards
- Provide outstanding customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of bar, equipment, and customer areas
- Manage inventory and restock supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction techniques and milk steaming
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Food Handler's certification preferred
