Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Familiarity with espresso machines and brewing techniques is a plus.
