Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, pour-overs) following recipes and quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service through warm interactions and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and customer spaces to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to maintain efficient workflow
- Participate in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment that celebrates diversity
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of food/beverage service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends (schedule-friendly)
- Reliable transportation to Toledo locations
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable with digital tools (order apps, scheduling platforms)
