Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service in our vibrant café environment
- Manage inventory and scheduling through our remote-friendly digital platforms
- Maintain pristine café standards while collaborating with distributed team members
- Develop seasonal menus and digital content remotely
- Participate in virtual barista training and innovation workshops
- Contribute to community engagement initiatives through hybrid events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Proficiency with POS systems and remote collaboration tools
- Flexibility to work mornings/weekends with hybrid schedule options
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and sustainability practices
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team-based environments
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
