Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Train in espresso machine operation, milk texturing, and brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems and process cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in ongoing training to refine skills and learn new techniques
