Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and seating areas
- Process cash and digital payments accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and health department regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, flavor profiles, and origin stories
- Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tracking
