Responsibilities
- Expertly craft espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine station hygiene and inventory management per food safety standards
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash/credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional campaigns
- Train on new brewing techniques and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 1+ years coffee service or customer experience preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and multi-tasking capabilities
