Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and techniques
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and genuine interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of coffee stations and common areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Strong passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn specialty techniques
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
