Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using provided equipment
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station, tools, and customer areas
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge recommendations
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours for seamless workflow
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience preferred; training provided for motivated beginners
- Passion for coffee culture and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
