Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and food items according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders and answering inquiries.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Restock inventory of supplies, milk, and pastries to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in training new hires and maintaining a positive team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and latte art.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
