Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet every guest with a smile, take orders accurately, and provide friendly recommendations to enhance their visit.
- Beverage Preparation: Expertly prepare espresso drinks, cold brews, and pastries following our strict recipes and quality standards.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; restock items as needed to prevent shortages.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash with strict accountability and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and setting up the service area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates who are eager to learn.
- Passion: A genuine love for coffee and a strong interest in learning about different brewing methods and flavor profiles.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
