Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns across St. Louis venues
- Provide exceptional guest experiences at registration desks and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety protocols during high-energy events
- Operate technical equipment (sound, lighting, AV) with precision
- Collaborate with vendors to coordinate event logistics
- Troubleshoot issues in real-time to maintain event momentum
- Represent clients with polished professionalism and brand ambassadorship
Qualifications
- Available for flexible/weekend/evening shifts (minimum 15 hrs/week)
- Previous event/conference/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 25+ lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Quick learner with adaptability to diverse event environments
- Positive attitude under pressure with strong problem-solving
- Must pass background check and drug screening
