Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns including staging, decor, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and concierge support
- Manage vendor coordination and inventory control during high-energy events
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures at all venues
- Deliver brand-aligned messaging while maintaining professional appearance standards
- Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes and venue requirements
- Document post-event reports and incident logs with precision
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible evening/weekend shifts (minimum 15 hours/week)
- Previous hospitality, retail, or event experience strongly preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Exceptional communication skills and polished professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of event AV systems is a plus
