Responsibilities
- Set up and manage event stations using provided branded equipment (tents, banners, signage)
- Engage attendees with professional brand ambassador techniques while wearing provided uniforms
- Operate event-specific technology including registration tablets and sampling equipment
- Maintain pristine condition of all company-provided gear and event materials
- Execute promotional activities following brand guidelines with supplied materials
- Coordinate with event lead to ensure seamless equipment transitions between shifts
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or promotional experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Las Vegas Valley
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass basic background check and equipment handling training
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
