Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest experiences at premium events with exceptional attention to detail
- Manage VIP guest check-in and credential verification systems
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff for flawless setup and teardown
- Provide real-time problem resolution during high-pressure event scenarios
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Document event metrics and client feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years premium event staffing experience in luxury/hospitality sectors
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card and TIPS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25lbs regularly
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor for high-end clientele
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with 48-hour notice
- Proficient in mobile event management apps (e.g., Eventbase)
