Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Monitor event spaces to ensure safety standards and crowd control
- Collaborate with team members to execute seamless event transitions
- Assist with vendor coordination and material distribution
- Document incidents and submit detailed post-event reports
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols
