Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash handling techniques
- Monitor pets' health and behavior during walks, reporting any concerns
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication via our mobile app
- Provide basic pet care (water refills, waste cleanup, playtime)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for all weather conditions
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Attend monthly training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and walk 3+ miles daily
- Strong animal handling experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service
- Background check and pet first aid certification required
- Must be comfortable with large and small dog breeds
