Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 98% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer feedback solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support marketing campaigns by promoting new services to existing clients
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time and first-contact resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
