Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages (espresso, pour-overs, seasonal drinks)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment hygiene standards
- Manage cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Collaborate with team on inventory control and stock rotation
- Develop product knowledge through ongoing training programs

Qualifications
- 1+ years professional barista experience required
- Advanced latte art and espresso extraction skills
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins and brewing methods
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced settings

- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
