Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, ushering, and information assistance
- Execute event activities such as crowd control, vendor coordination, and emergency protocols
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all times
- Document incident reports and provide post-event feedback to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and client requests
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours) and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional demeanor and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must attend mandatory orientation and training session
