Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup, breakdown, and operational support across diverse venues
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through proactive hospitality and issue resolution
- Manage crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain event timelines and quality standards
- Operate technical equipment including AV systems and registration platforms
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes and venue requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or event support roles
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic technical proficiency with registration systems and mobile apps
- Jersey City residency preferred (or willingness to commute to events)
