Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specialties
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (grinders, brewers, espresso machines)
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista or coffee experience required - we train!
