Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event operations including setup, guest flow management, and breakdown
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse attendees and VIP clients
- Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures during events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated event execution
- Conduct thorough venue inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Manage registration/check-in systems with tablet technology
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Basic tech proficiency for event management tools
- Previous service/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Successfully complete paid training certification program
