Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Execute event activities, demonstrations, and interactive stations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and venue guidelines
- Collaborate with vendors and internal team for seamless operations
- Conduct post-event equipment inventory and reporting
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend and evening shifts (Thu-Sun)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
