Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and event support at premier Scottsdale venues
- Manage guest check-in, ticket scanning, and access control systems
- Distribute event materials and guide attendees to designated areas
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain safety protocols throughout events
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Collaborate with team members to resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Report operational issues and contribute to post-event debriefs
