Responsibilities
- Coordinate virtual and hybrid event logistics via remote project management tools
- Manage vendor relationships and on-site event execution in Jacksonville
- Train and supervise remote event staff for live streaming and attendee engagement
- Monitor event technology platforms (VR, AR, live streaming) during activations
- Develop post-event analytics reports and ROI documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in hybrid or virtual event coordination
- Proficiency with event tech platforms (Cvent, Hopin, Aventri)
- Ability to travel 20% for on-site event oversight in Jacksonville
- Strong communication and remote team leadership skills
- Experience managing event budgets over $50K
- Knowledge of Jacksonville event venues and local vendors
- Project management certification (PMP or CEM) preferred
