Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at event entrances
- Operate ticket scanning systems and enforce venue policies
- Assist with vendor setup and teardown coordination
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve attendee inquiries
- Monitor crowd safety and report incidents to lead staff
- Distribute promotional materials and event collateral
- Collaborate with security and venue management teams
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Previous event/concert or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques
