Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at event entrances, registration desks, and information booths
- Manage crowd flow and maintain safe event environments
- Distribute materials, scan tickets, and assist with event setup/breakdown
- Respond to attendee inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event operations
- Uphold venue policies and emergency protocols
- Report operational issues to supervisors in real-time
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
