Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in procedures with precision
- Direct attendees and maintain crowd flow at venue entrances and activity zones
- Assist with event setup, including decor, equipment, and signage placement

- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
