Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and credential management
- Provide exceptional customer service during events
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for setup/breakdown logistics
- Assist with emergency response procedures
- Enforce venue policies and guest compliance
- Conduct post-event venue inspection and cleanup
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid ID
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
