Responsibilities
- Greet attendees, manage entry points, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Assist with event setup, including decorating, booth management, and equipment placement.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment by monitoring crowd flow and directing attendees.
- Distribute promotional materials and answer general event questions professionally.
- Collaborate with the event production team to execute show schedules and logistics.
- Perform break-down duties and venue clean-up immediately following events.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) in various weather conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is preferred but not mandatory.
