Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist with crowd control, ticket scanning, and traffic flow management.
- Set up and breakdown event equipment, decor, and signage.
- Answer attendee questions and provide accurate venue information.
- Ensure the venue remains clean, organized, and safe throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in various weather conditions for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
