Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor at the entrance of events.
- Assist with ticketing, registration, and check-in processes to ensure smooth flow.
- Direct attendees to various areas, including restrooms, concessions, and seating areas.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and adherence to venue policies.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve minor guest inquiries on the spot.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Professional appearance and attire.
