Responsibilities
- Assist with event check-in, registration, and ticket verification processes.
- Monitor event entrances and exits to ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Direct guests to various areas of the venue, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.
- Assist with the setup, breakdown, and management of event booths and promotional areas.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members and venue management to ensure smooth event operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often in varying weather conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- No prior event experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
