Responsibilities
- Greeting & Hospitality: Welcome guests with a high level of energy and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Event Operations: Assist with ticketing, registration, crowd control, and directing attendees to various event zones efficiently.
- Setup & Breakdown: Collaborate with the logistics team to set up signage, furniture, and decorations before events and assist with teardown afterward.
- Guest Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving minor issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and represent our client’s brand values during all interactions.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor the event area for safety hazards and report any concerns to management immediately to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event staffing is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively and respectfully with diverse crowds.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and adherence to dress codes are mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods is required.
- Background Check: Must successfully pass a standard background check.
