Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a professional, enthusiastic demeanor and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage event registration, ticketing, and check-in processes efficiently.
- Maintain order and safety within the venue by enforcing event protocols and crowd control.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event infrastructure, including tables, signage, and decorations.
- Distribute promotional materials, merchandise, and samples to attendees.
- Monitor the facility for safety hazards and report any issues to event management immediately.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory for getting to and from event locations.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event management is a plus but not required.
